Emergent interventions

Since we only see patients with an appointment, we are not responding to emergency interventions except for cases from affiliate teams* which have the AT (Athletic Trainer) partnership contract with our subsidiary Medical Fitness Division.
*For affiliate teams
In the case of sudden accidental injuries, please contact your trainer in our Medical Fitness Division as soon as possible to inform the severity of injury and the details of the situation so that he/she can provide us with the necessary information.

Referral form

For patients from teams which have their own team doctor, a referral form from that doctor needs to be submitted to share information and data in an appropriate manner.
